I had a look at this test and went PFFT THERE WERE NO CELL PHONES IN EXISTENCE WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL!!! WE DIDN'T HAVE PHONES!! (I'm 34)

Well, I'm 32, and I just remember some rare student of my age to have them the last year, it was the 1999 and I neither remember if even someone in my classroom. Clearly the owners where too few to use the cels to call each others (they were mainly people that neither knew each other), they used them just to call home during school trips and similar. It was more an article given by apphrensive parents. I instead had my first cell phone only in 2002! XD

I'm trying to remember when the whole cel phone thing started getting big. When I was in university (97-01) it was like this "irritating trend" that seemed like it might go away and in which I had refused to partake... with time my mother pressured me more and more to get one so she could call me anywhere at any point in time, and I finally gave in around 2004. I kid you not, she was at my workplace within about an hour from our conversation with the phone she had bought me. But yeah in high school? lol no way! :D
